That's great! You may want to add some shading to the front of the hat to bring up the contrast of the buckle. The hair behind the pipe could be darker too. It gets lost in the white anyway. Maybe some slight shading to the clover, pipe, and teeth to be consistent with your shadows too. Very nice start. Liking it here. :)
